We offer high-end, market-sensitive designs in locations throughout the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Bryce is dedicated to improving real estate properties by performing tasks that add value to the property and thus create positive returns on investment. What sets us apart is our capability to handle all aspects of the project process, from project evaluation, design, permitting, construction, and staging services, utilizing in-house staff professionals and long-standing relationships with contractors/trades. We can then manage the project through to completion, ensuring that the property/investment is handled correctly and executed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

In the past 10 years, we have purchased, developed, and sold properties totaling over $115 million. While most of our projects are funded by a combination of our internal capital and long-standing relationships with multiple banking enterprises, we occasionally partner with private investors based on various project factors. In such cases, we guarantee a fiscally responsible rate of return that is disclosed and documented before the investment.
